Once we have your order ready, we'll let you know at the e-mail address you specified when placing the order and will reach out to you there and/or by phone to confirm your delivery window.

Your cookies will be hand-delivered during the window you specified during checkout. If nobody is present to receive the delivery, we may leave the cookies with a neighbor or make other arrangements. If we do not hear from you and are unable to contact you / make delivery within 24 hours of the delivery window, your credit card will still be charged the full amount. Because our cookies are made to order, we cannot guarantee peak freshness if delivery dates

In the event we are unable to deliver your cookies because of a natural disaster, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer to re-deliver at a mutually acceptable time, or offer a full refund on your order.
