Refund / Cancellation Policy

We know that you'll love your cookies. We take steps to ensure that each batch of cookies is just right. All of our cookies are made to order to ensure optimum freshness.
If you order cookies online from us, and need to cancel your order, you can reach us at the e-mail address below. If we haven't started production on your order yet, we'll refund your order. If we've already started baking, no refunds will be issued.
If you order *custom* sugar cookies from us, we'll send you an approximation of the final product, including color, design, and sizing. If you place an order online and we are unable to create a cookie that meets your specific needs, we'll contact you within 48 hours and offer a 100% refund on your order. If you approve a cookie "proof" and ask us to create cookies based on that proof, you recognize that we reserve the right to make minor corrections to cookie design, color, sizing, or other conditions as needed to create a cookie that tastes good and looks right. No refunds will be offered for these variations after a proof has been approved.
